FWC VOTED THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO NOTIFY OUR NEIGHBORS. BUT, WE HAVE
RECEIVED A COPY OF A LETTER THAT BCR (BIG CAT RESCUE) IS SENDING OUT TO
OUR NEIGHBORS.
